What I do
Large-scale video production is expensive, complex and politically charged. Agencies have their own interests. Production companies have their own margins. And internal teams — however talented — often lack the production fluency to know when something is going wrong until it already has.
I work directly with Marketing Directors, Brand Leads and Communications teams as an independent production advisor. My role is simple: to make sure your investment performs.
That means shaping the brief before it goes to market, stress-testing budgets before they're signed off, keeping creative aligned to strategy throughout production, and giving you the clarity to make confident decisions at every stage.
I don't run crew. I don't have a production company behind me. I have no financial interest in any vendor or agency outcome. That independence is the point.
