In times of global uncertainty in food production across the globe, many farmers are considering getting back to the basics, recognising the connection between the health of the land and their livestock, and practising a light touch approach to agriculture which lets natural processes take centre stage.

Luke Winder’s multi-species farm goes against the conventions of modern agriculture to yield a meat product that exceeds the quality of his competitors using a free range pasture and no chemicals.

We sought to capture the essence of Luke’s business in a short, intimate documentary made in partnership with Vic’s Premium Quality Meat.
